AI Strategies and Roadmap: Systems Engineering Approach to AI Development and Deployment -  taught by Prof. David Martinez and Bruke Kifle at MIT Professional Education is highly recommended. This 8 week course propelled me forward by at least 2 years and that's a long time in AI years. Both Prof. Martinez and Bruke Kifle are just wonderful teachers and human beings.

The curriculum helps focus on addressing customer needs through innovative problem solving, merging creativity, prototyping, and experimentation. Ideal for individuals and teams driving innovation, growth, and customer experience. As Product owners we use the design thinking approach in the work we do, this course helps fine tune design thinking skills.
